Holiday home with private pool. Layout ground floor: kitchen with all amenities, utility room, living room, bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and toilet, two double bedrooms. Layout 1st floor: two double bedrooms and a toilet with sink. At the rear there is a lovely veranda with a view of the heated swimming pool (4.5 x 10 m) with a view over the rolling valley. Prices include reservation costs, tourist tax, cleaning costs and bed linen. Only weekly rental possible from Sunday - Sunday in high season (July-August). Bread service is available in July and August. There is a 9-hole practice golf course on the property. Guus is happy to explain the principles of golf. It is not allowed to swim in the neighbor's lake, but you can enjoy fishing for, for example, mirror carp.
On the ground floor, upon entering, you will find a kitchen with a dining table with 6 chairs that lends itself perfectly as a games table in the search for a cooling space if it gets too hot outside during the afternoon hours. The kitchen also has a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, 4-burner gas stove and various coffee machines to suit everyones needs. Naturally, this spacious kitchen is equipped with all imaginable necessities to prepare and enjoy every meal of the day.

In the pantry, you will find a washing machine and dryer and a microwave for a quick bite or hot snack. At the back of the house, adjacent to the veranda, you will find, walking further in the circle that you can make on the ground floor, the living room with television with Dutch channels, sofa, chaise longue, cupboard with crockery, two reading armchairs and a desk with two chairs. In the hallway, on the right, respectively, in this order, are two double bedrooms followed by a bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath and toilet. If you walk even further, you will arrive at the entrance of the house. You walk straight to the front door and on the left side of the hall you will find the kitchen.

Diagonally opposite the two bedrooms on the ground floor, there is a staircase on the left side of the hallway. Here are two beautiful double bedrooms and a toilet with sink under the roof.

On the veranda there is an 8-seater dining table which is perfect for a cooling lunch or, in the evening under balmy temperatures with background noise of crickets from the valley, for a cozy dinner which can always be picked up in our restaurant for a holiday feeling for the whole family. whole family! There is also the availability of a gas bbq on the veranda.
